This charming villa is a comfortable accommodation option for families of up to 6 people. It features a spacious master bedroom, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, and a small bedroom with a double sofa bed, perfect for grandparents or nannies.

For larger groups, the living room sofa can also be converted into a bed. This means that up to eight people, such as a group of young students, can sleep comfortably in the villa❤️

We welcome pets with open arms, so feel free to bring your furry friend along. There are no restrictions.

The GardaDoma lounge, where guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner, watch movies, and play board games, as well as our garden with a swimming pool and sauna,are just a minute's walk (100 meters) away❤️

FLOOR PLAN AND AMENITIES

The house is a two-story villa with a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace, and a small bedroom with a sofa on the ground floor. On the second floor, there is a children's room and a large bedroom. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with a double bed, bunk bed, sofa in the small bedroom on the first floor, and a sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped to provide the comfort of home on vacation, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and all necessary kitchen utensils. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the villa also has a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and portable clothes dryer.

Parking is available on our private property, just 30 meters from the house.

We have done our best to provide everything for your comfort, but in case you need anything else, our attentive care service is available to assist you with any issues that may arise ❤️

Wonderful stay! Olya has been an excellent host from check in to check out. She gave us every information about the north of Garda lake, info about where we could eat and so on.. the house is perfect and clean, with every facility you need for a short or a long stay! This is a great place in a fantastic location with unparalleled hosts and the option for unique socialization experiences with other guests.

Preceding communication was excellent. We were greeted by Anton after we gave him the requested 30 minutes notice, and he was incredibly helpful upon our arrival showing us around and making itinerary suggestions. He also mentioned they have homemade family style dinners and breakfasts for their guests for an additional cost in cash, not far from where we were staying. We only had time for one breakfast but it was a wonderful experience and the food was great!

As for the lodging, the apartment was very charming with great views of the lake and only a 10 minute (downhill) walk from the beach and a few restaurants. We had a free parking spot a few minutes walk from the apartment, but we were able to offload the car right near the apartment. It was the perfect size for our family of five, if not even bigger than we needed with three bedrooms (one is more of a nook with a bed and looked super cozy, but we chose to stay upstairs near the kids) and 1.5 bathrooms. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable and the appliances were new and modern. The windows have solid shutters that do a decent job of blocking out light. Malcesine is a short drive away and is a great way to spend a day getting a feel for Lake Garda. Overall, this is a phenomenal place to stay for one night or one week; our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Cozy hillside appartment in one of the smaller villages on the eastside of the lake with an astonishing view. The hosts were always available, easy going and had great insider knowledge for activities in the region.

Special highlights were the optional family style dinners and breakfasts. Together with members of the host family and other Airbnb guests, we enjoyed meals at a table richly packed with regional and Ukrainian food, great wines and interesting discussions on a plentitude of topics.

We felt welcome and taken care of at all times and would gladly return on future trips to Lago di Garda.

Our stay with Anton and Olya was very special. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Wonderful view of Lake Garda from the bedroom and balcony. Anton and Olya are always available and have daily tips on what to do. Very special is the common very rich breakfast and dinner which you can book on request. Very tasty. The location is also great, by car you are quickly in Malcesine. On foot in 10 minutes at the lake to walk along the shore or to eat in one of the restaurants. I would book this accommodation again anytime.
